DataGrokr was founded in 2016 to take on the data, cloud, and AI engineering work that has to be right — and stand behind what we ship. We don't sell roles or days. We take on the problem, answer for the result, and build the thing that lasts.
Our journey & philosophy
Founded in 2016, built without a sales team.
DataGrokr grew for a decade the way most consulting relationships should have to be earned: no sales function, no outbound motion — every new client came because another one said we could be trusted with something that had to be right.
As we've grown, we've stayed deliberate about what we take on. We don't lease engineers by the month, and we don't chase headcount for its own sake. That discipline scales from a Fortune 500 data estate to a leaner, faster-moving mid-market company just as easily. The size of the client changes. The standard doesn't.
