About the program
A finishing school for engineers.
Interns are paid to learn, spending their time mastering the technologies and disciplines that define modern engineering. The program combines structured learning with hands-on assignments, continuous evaluations, and personalised mentorship.
A coordinator for every intern
Each intern is paired with a dedicated Learning Coordinator — a mentor and accountability coach who guides them through technical, communication, and professional-development milestones. Alongside core engineering skills, interns are trained in written and oral communication, Agile project management, and client engagement, shaping them into well-rounded professionals ready for real-world challenges.
A direct path into delivery
The program bridges the gap between academic learning and industry readiness. More than 90% of our interns receive full-time offers on completion and move directly into client-facing roles within our delivery teams.
