A finishing school for engineers
This isn't an internship in the usual sense. It's six months of formal instruction, real project work, regular progress reviews, and one-on-one coaching — the fastest run-up to production-ready we know how to build. You get paid to go through it.

Phase 1 — Foundations
Months 1–3: A structured, guided learning plan designed for interns with solid basics to move into advanced depth subjects and project readiness. Technologies covered: Python, SQL, CI/CD, DevOps principles, Agile development, at least one public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI readiness (GenAI, RAG, MCP, Agents).

Phase 2 — Shadow
Month 4–5: Paired with a live project team or POC production, real contributions under close review and mentorship.

Phase 3 — Ship
Month 5–6: More independent tasks and accountability within the project until you launch into a full engineer.
