A multi-tenant, cloud-native platform for a B2B SaaS product

An early-stage revenue-intelligence company needed its product built as a real cloud-native, multi-tenant platform — with automated ETL flexible across clients of very different sizes, and an AI layer that could swap engines without re-platforming.

The challenge

A prototype's ambitions, a platform's requirements

An early-stage revenue-intelligence company needed its product built as a real cloud-native, multi-tenant platform — with automated ETL flexible enough for clients of very different sizes, and an AI layer that could swap engines without re-platforming.

Before

  • Product needed to become a real multi-tenant platform
  • ETL had to flex across very different client sizes
  • AI engine tightly coupled to the rest of the stack
  • No automated path to onboard new tenants

After

  • Production SaaS platform built to scale from day one
  • Multi-tenant onboarding automated end to end
  • ETL flexible across client sizes
  • Pluggable AI engine, swappable without re-platforming

How we approached it

Build the whole stack, keep the AI layer pluggable

We built the platform on React, Node.js and PostgreSQL on AWS Well-Architected, with automated multi-tenant deployment via GitLab CI/CD and CloudFormation, and a pluggable AI engine architecture on Prefect that could swap engines without a re-platform.

Next step

Building a product that needs to be a real multi-tenant platform?

We build the whole stack — interface, services, data and infrastructure — so it scales from day one.
